|If it is on an integrale we can help, we have a ‘can do’ attitude and have access to CNC milling, lathes and water jet/ laser cutting machinery. We can form metal, weld, restore and have in-house chemical stripping, cleaning, de-rusting and blasting facilities.
Painting, underbody sealing, cavity wax injection is not a problem.

Cracks to windscreen surround:
This car had 5 cracks in only a one metre sq area, all were welded up then strengthening plates added, this stiffened up the shell considerably in this area.
Each plate and strengthening modification was checked to see how it affected the chassis, the movement pictured here was due to the engine/gearbox assembly pulling down at the front only. The figures started at 5.5mm of movement and ended up at 2mm when the work was complete.
Restoring an original and unobtainable rear subframe:

Here a new cill to floor section has already been hand made and welded in and a new cill section is being prepared ready
When taking the bumper from this car it very nearly fell out of my hands – the supporting ‘cups’ had become detached at one time and someone had attempted a poor plastic welding job:
What to do? Take a solid billet of aluminium and mount it in the lathe:
Make a pair of permanent repair cups:
