Brits in Belgium: Gavin Smith in his Deltaparts powered integrale. This car had previously suffered at least two serious engine failures until it came here, one after the other. It was so badly built the entire engine was scrap, but now it’s running reliably and putting out more power and better stage times than his old Subaru. With thanks to Paul at RS Tuning too for his excellent mapping skills, there is not much point in putting a new high spec engine in and not using the best mapping skills you can find locally – that’s half the battle won.
